To demonstrate our commitment to improve your sales results we are happy to agree key criteria for each salesperson against which the impact of our consultancy or training input is measured. If the improvements are not met within an agreed timescale I will refund the cost of training on an individual salesperson basis. We have consistently delivered for our clients as supported by the feedback they give us and the fact that we have never been asked to repay any fees. Quite simply if we don’t deliver you won’t pay!

How it Works - Tracking Conversion Rates
Below is a simple sales process with some sample conversion rates included for each stage. What would be the impact if you could improve the conversion rate at each stage by 10%? As part of the project evaluation process we will work with you to establish the criteria against which you can measure the value we are adding. We also consider which stage, if improved, would have the biggest impact on sales performance. In addition you have a simple but powerful mechanism for measuring the return you are getting on your training investment.
