Inspiring Not Training
The purpose of a Sales Motivation programme is to get each member of your team to accept where they are today and take responsibility for their improvement going forward. To kick start this process we use individual or group discussion sessions based on the "Guided Discovery" concept. These sessions help salespeople identify the size of the challenge they face. Having done that they decide how best to meet this challenge (guided towards an outcome that is acceptable to you) and the organisation simply facilitates and manages this process. Our experience tells us that this approach creates a much stronger buy in from your team. In addition we focus heavily on post training follow up, the biggest failure of most sales training programmes delivered today.

How Do We Work?
Depending on the size of your team we agree with you the best way to implement a review of your sales training requirements. This review will assess the individual needs of the group and help you direct your training budget towards the areas that will have the most impact.
